Kyiv said at 83 missiles or drones were launched against the country on Monday morning, striking the capital and several other cities, killing civilians in the process. Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky said Russian forces used both missiles and Iranian-built drones - believed to have been sent from Belarus - to strike his country.
