The active covid-19 cases in the country continue to fall and with another dip in the number of cases recorded, the active cases in the country fell to 28,079. India saw a single day rise of 2,424 new coronavirus infections taking the total tally of COVID-19 cases to 4,46,14,437, according to the data updated by the Union Health Ministry.
