Berlin Festival of Lights gets underway

Ever since Russia invaded Ukraine the cost of energy has been a concern for many across Europe. In Berlin - there had been calls for the annual Festival of Lights to be cancelled. It has gone ahead - but organisers say energy consumption has been dramatically reduced. The BBC's Tim Allman explains.
