NFL, NFLPA Release Statement on Changes to Concussion Protocols

The NFL and NFLPA released a joint statement saying the Miami Dolphins and the other medical staff properly followed the concussion protocols regarding Tua Tagovailoa's injuries. However, following a joint investigation, the league and union agreed that the NFL concussion protocol must be changed.
