RMT General Secretary Mick Lynch accuses the government of being "incompetent" and wanting to "make an enemy of the RMT and railway workers". This comes as more than 40,000 RMT and TSSA railway workers at Network Rail and 15 train operating companies stage strike action in an ongoing dispute over pay.
