FISME'S Anil Bhardwaj: MSMEs are unhappy with the way banks have treated them

Anil Bhardwaj is one of the torchbearers of the MSME sector in India, heading the prominent MSME industry body Federation of Indian Micro and Small & Medium Enterprises (FISME) as its Secretary General. FISME currently reaches out to 2 million MSMEs through 740 member associations. Bhardwaj tells FE ASPIRE why the role of fintechs is very important in bridging the credit gap in the MSME sector and why some banks haven't treated their MSME customers fairly in the recent past.
