IAF looking at 10% females in Air Force: Chief VR Chaudhari

Chief of Air Staff Air Chief Marshal VR Chaudhari on October 4 addressed a press conference in Delhi ahead of 90th Air Force Day celebrations. He answered questions regarding induction of female staff in the Air Force and said that Air Force is set to deploy women in all its trade and fleet.He said, “We are looking at 10 per cent females in the Air Force. We're looking at the fleets where we can use them and grow as time comes. We will accept them in the trade and fleet with an open mind.”
