Amusing footage has surfaced of a dog looking like a full-on ball of energy.

The clip shared by Sheena Shah shows her pet pup running around the room and hopping on & off the sofa after getting zoomies.

Speaking to us about her hyperactive doggo's behavior, Sheema jokingly said that she took this video while her pet was training for the dog Olympics.

The Pomsky keeps dashing across the room, taking cute pauses in-between. Eventually, it gets tired and slows down.
