Ukrainian soldiers raising a flag at the entrance to Lyman

The Ukrainian Defence Ministry shares a video purportedly showing Ukrainian soldiers unfurling the national flag near a sign with the name Lyman. Moscow says it has withdrawn its troops from Lyman, a key town in eastern Ukraine that lies in one of the four Ukrainian regions that Russia has annexed.
