Construction of new city in Sydney's west underway, despite concerns of flood risk at building site

There are concerns that parts of the new city being built around Western Sydney Airport are at risk of flooding. Earlier this year, the Premier pledged to end development in areas at high risk. But today he assured locals that Bradfield City will be developed to the highest standards.
