Tiger are good swimmers and can swim up to 6 kilometres. Every tiger in the world is unique - no two tigers have the same pattern of stripes.
As an apex predator, the tiger primarily preys on ungulates, such as deer and wild boar.
The tiger is the national animal of India, Bangladesh, Malaysia and South Korea.
