South Korean authorities have requested crypto exchanges OKX and KuCoin to freeze 3,313 bitcoin tied to Do Kwon. Kwon is the founder of Terraform Labs, which experienced a $60 billion collapse. On Monday Interpol issued a red notice for Kwon, which is issued for fugitives wanted either for prosecution or to serve a sentence.
