Shiv Sena's Shinde faction has got a big victory in the Supreme Court and Thackeray faction has suffered a setback. The Supreme Court, while rejecting the petition of the Thackeray faction, said that the Election Commission is free to decide which faction should get the bow and arrow of Shiv Sena's election symbol.
