Let Women’s Health Collective coach Amanda Ngonyama take you through this 20-min no-equipment HIIT (High Intensity Interval Training) workout. It can be done anywhere and all you’ll need is a mat and a bottle of water. Amanda will guide you through every move, including warm-up and cool-down stretches, she’ll give modification options for when you need to regress, and she’ll also let you know when it’s rest time.
