इस मंदिर तक पहुंचने के लिए श्रद्धालुओं को 8000 सीढ़ियां चढ़कर बुद्ध के मंदिर तक जाना पड़ता है जो दक्षिण की ओर है फिर पुल को पार कर के उत्तर की ओर मैत्रीय मंदिर जाया जाता है. जैसे जैसे आप सीढ़ियां चढ़ेंगे वैसे वैसे आपको उस जगह की खूबसूरती का दर्शन होगा. मंदिर करीब 2,200 मीटर ऊंचाई पर स्थित है.
To reach this temple the devotees have to climb 8000 stairs to the temple of Buddha which is towards the south then cross the bridge and go to the Maitriya temple towards the north. As soon as you climb the stairs, you will see the beauty of that place. The temple is situated at an altitude of about 2,200 meters.
