One to watch Patrick Cortes, who dreamt up his one-man electronic act, Animalweapon has been a staple in the Raleigh music scene since 2011. His talent for musical expression led him to win a 2017 Webby Award for Best Sound Design/Original Music Score for his work on the hit podcast Undisclosed . And over the years he has released several EPs and albums including G ood Luck , Tyrannosaurus and, his latest, Set of Constraints which tackles themes surrounding mental health and anxiety. We got to chat with him virtually about the new album and what's next.
