Up to nine million people may have had details stolen after Optus cyber attack

Millions of Australians are being warned of online scams and identify theft after Optus revealed it was hit by one of the biggest cyber attacks in Australian history. Names, contact details and the drivers license and passport numbers of up to nine million current and former customers have potentially been compromised.
