Local residents stopped BJP MP Locket Chatterjee's vehicle on September 21 after a protest erupted in Birbhum, West Bengal against the death of a child. The body of a child was recovered from the roof of a house under Shantiniketan police station.
A 5-year-old child had died on Tuesday in Santiniketan of Birbhum district, Hooghly MP Locket Chatterjee had gone to meet the family members. People led by the counselor of the number one and number two ward stood in front of their car.
