NSW govt focusing on pre-court diversions for ice users

The NSW government will implement pre-court diversions for some people caught with the drug ice, but won't decriminalise its use. One of the 109 recommendations given to the government following the ice inquiry included a drug user being directed to services rather than the justice system.
