In the middle of performing a song, the 27-year-old musician fell into a trap door that is used to move gear on and off stage.
He was seen wincing in pain
and holding his ribs.
Malone's manager, Dre London, took to Instagram to give an update on his condition. .

Malone received pain meds at the hospital
and plans on continuing the tour.
