The Victorian coalition is promising a 400 million dollar upgrade of Maroondah Hospital in Melbourne's East if it's wins the November election. But questions have been asked raised about how opposition leader Matthew Guy plans to fund it, given the coalition's health related election pitches have already reached six billion dollars.
