Piyain River Jaflong, Sylhet, Bangladesh Near Dawki.
Jaflong is a hill station and popular tourist destination in the Division of Sylhet, Bangladesh. It is located in Gowainghat Upazila of Sylhet District and situated at the border between Bangladesh and the Indian state of Meghalaya, overshadowed by subtropical mountains and rainforests.
Jaflong is popular for its stone assortments and is home of the Khasi clan.
Jaflong is one of the most appealing places of interest in Sylhet division.
It is about 62 km from Sylhet town and takes two hours drive to reach there.
Jaflong is also a scenic spot nearby amidst tea gardens and uncommon magnificence of rolling stones from hills.

সিলেটের জাফলং দেশের সেরা পর্যটন স্থান এবং প্রকৃতিকন্যা হিসেবে সারা দেশে একনামে পরিচিত । কিন্তু সরকারের উদাসীনতার জন্য জাফলংয়ের প্রাকৃতিক সৌন্দর্য নষ্ট হয়ে যাচ্ছে। আমাদের নেতারা বোমা মেশিন দিয়ে গনহারে পিয়াইন নদী থেকে পাথর আর বালু তুলে জাফলং মরুভূমি বানাচ্ছে । জাফলংয়ে বোমা মেশিন দিয়ে পাথর তুলে নদী ফাঁকা করে ফেলেছে। মরুভুমি করে ফেলেছে আশেপাশের সব । জাফলং থেকে মাটি খুড়ে প্রচুর পাথর উত্তলন করছে একদল ক্ষমতাশালী আসাধু ব্যাবসায়ী । সত্যিই খুব খারাপ লাগলো দেখে । এমন হলে জাফলং পর্যটক শূন্য হতে বেশি সময় লাগবে না।
