Gyanvapi Case: The court has rejected the Muslim side's petition and declared the Hindu side's petition as maintainable. If understood in simple words, the lower court said that the hearing of the Gyanvapi case cannot be stopped under the 1991 Places of Worship Act. The Places of Worship Act is not an obstacle in the petition of the Hindu side.
