While hering out a petitions challenging the Karnataka High Court judgment upholding the ban on hijab, Supreme Court today said that Sikh Turbans and Kirpans cannot be compared with Hijab. Advocate Nizamuddin Pasha, appearing for one of the petitioners, tried to draw similarities between the Kirpan and turban with the hijab.
