The grave of terrorist Yakub Memon who executed the 1993 Mumbai bombings at Pakistan's behest, was converted into a mazar in Mumbai. It is said that all arrangements were done during the Uddhav Thackeray government's rule. However, lighting arrangements that were put up at the grave of Memon are now being removed.
