Commission hears from former youth detention manager

Tasmania's inquiry into child sexual abuse has heard from a former manager of the Ashley Youth Detention Centre. Patrick Ryan who managed the centre from 2017 until 2021 told the inquiry he was never informed about an allegation of child sexual abuse made against one of his staff.
