Boris Johnson ends his final speech as prime minister by encouraging unity amongst the Conservative party. He says: “if Dylan [his dog] and Larry [the Downing Street cat] can put behind their occasional difficulties, then so can the Conservative party”, adding that his government has “laid foundations that will stand the test of time”.
