Jake Jones - album Different roads 1971

  • 2 anni fa
Jake Jones' second album is entitled "Different roads", different roads in musical sense and different roads that would have taken its members in less than one year. "Different roads" is largely more progressive than "Jake Jones". US proto-prog of the era, with multiple variations, theatrical and dramatic sections, alternations between fast and slow tempos, with synths, great dynamic interplays, emotional voice, loads of piano and organ and rough electric guitars. Still some hints of rural psych-country-folk here and there.

Chuck Sabatino - vocals, flute.
Joey Marshall - electric guitar, acoustic guitar.
Phil Jost - Hammond organ, Moog, piaqno, vocals, tenor saxophone, accordion, chimes, guitar.
Mike Krenski - bass, vocals.
Jim Bilderback - drums.

I'll see you through.
Of no concern.
When you brother.
Motherly comfort.
Asuite for the Court Jester.
Speak to me, lady.
Child child (plus tag).
It's only love you know.
Different roads.
