Security has been heightened in Bengaluru as the Karnataka high court allowed the state government to celebrate Ganesh Utsav at the Idgah Maidan in Hubli even as the Supreme Court struck down an order allowing the celebration of the Hindu festival at the Idgah Maidan in the Chamarajpet area.
