Delicious Chocolate Fudge Cake

Dry ingredients:
-2 cups of cake flour(or plain flour)
-2 cups of Caster sugar
-1 cup of cocoa powder
-1 tsp baking powder
-1/2 tsp baking soda
-1/4 tsp salt

Wet ingredients:
-6 large eggs
-1 tsp vanilla imitation
-1 cup of oil
- 1 cup of hot nescafe blend


Milk chocolate ganache for the filling:
-360g milk chocolate
-125 ml thickened cream

Syrup for the cake:
-1/2 cup of water
-1 tbsp of the prepared milk chocolate ganache

Chocolate mousse for the top layer:
-2 packets of sweetened whipping cream powder(300g)
-400 ml cold milk
-1tbsp chocolate ganache
-3 tbsp cocoa powder
-2 tbsp icing sugar
-1 tsp vanilla imitaion

Dark chocolate ganache for the drip layer:
-120g dark chocolate
-60ml thickened cream
