History made, Aaron-Wooi Yik win Malaysia’s first badminton world title

World No. 6 men’s doubles shuttlers Aaron Chia and Soh Wooi Yik created history after becoming Malaysia's first world champions in Tokyo on Sunday (Aug 28).

They produced a superb 21-19, 21-14 victory over Indonesia's three-time world champions Mohd Ahsan-Hendra Setiawan in the world championships at the Tokyo Metropolitan Gymnasium.
