Labour calls for 'more severe sanctions' for violent crime

Shadow Justice Secretary Steve Reed calls on the government impose "much more severe sanctions" for violent crime offenders and says that not doing so sends the "wrong message" to criminals. This comes as nine-year-old Olivia Pratt-Korbel was shot by a man who broke into her house on Monday evening, she later died in hospital.
