According to a declassified audit report by Boustead Heavy Industries Corporation, three companies - Setaria Holding Ltd, Sousmarin Armada Ltd, and JSD Corporation Pte Ltd - were allegedly used to siphon off RM23.37 million from the navy’s troubled LCS project.
