Lead defence counsel Hisyam Teh Poh Teik informed the apex court on Tuesday (Aug 23) that Datuk Seri Najib Razak filed an application late last night to recuse Chief Justice Tun Tengku Maimun Tuan Mat from the panel of judges presiding over his final SRC International appeal.
