Hide Tide's self titled album was also their last one for the 70s till the 1989 reunion. The sound is still hard and heavy psych but now with defined touches of prog and folk . "High Tide" is almost a concept album, three songs largely instrumental that deal with the human paranoias, with an ever more sinister and psychotic halo than the debut one.
