NAIA Authorities intercepts South African male carrying suspected ‘Shabu’

Authorities of the Ninoy Aquino International Airport (NAIA) Terminal 3 intercepted a South African male carrying suspected illegal drugs on Saturday, August 8, 2022.

The passenger was identified as Mark Wienand and recovered from him are two hard case luggage containing four duct tape wrapped packages containing a crystalline substance or suspected ‘shabu’, clothes, shoes, a phone, wallet, passport, IDs, baggage declaration form, vaccination card and two boarding passes.
