Jalal dar from Jhelum is the founder of AL -Jalil foundation, which is an NGO for Special children. He does very interesting work to runs the organization for the special children. He washes the dishes, does shoe polish and cleans the car windows at a very costly price to fund his organization for special children. He takes 1Lakh to wash a single plate.
