Data shows wages rose 2.6 per cent over the year to June

Newly released data shows Australian wages rose by 2.6 per cent over the year to June. It's well below inflation, which is now at 6.1 per cent for the year. That means many Australians will continue to struggle to keep up with the surging cost of living.
