repair of room heater is very simple, you can repair it at home. its circuit is very simple, it have a mode selector switch to select, fan and heater (low heat and high heat), a thermostat is used to set the required room temperature, so at adjusted setting, the blower fan will stop and the heater will stop to produce heat, when the room temperature drops again, the thermostat again turns on the heating process. it have 1000 watt and 2000 watt heating selection. it have fan selection also. there is a temperature sensitive fuse PTC for safety reasons.
it have a thermal fuse, and a thermal protection switch, in any condition, (if blower motor stops or the air flow is choked) the heat inside the heater cavity will increase, because it is plastic body heater, for safety purpose,the thermal protection thermostat switch will open the heater circuit and the thermal fuse will blow away.
