No woman in Maharashtra Cabinet represents BJP’s mindset: NCP leader Supriya Sule
  • 2 years ago
Nationalist Congress Party leader Supriya Sule on August 09 slammed the representation of women in the Maharashtra Cabinet and said that in a country with a 50 per cent female population, they are not represented in the cabinet.

“Maharashtra was the first state in the country to give reservation for women. Unfortunate that there are 18 ministers in the State Cabinet, when 50 per cent of the population in the country is women but they're not represented in this cabinet. It shows Bharatiya Janata Party’s mindset,” said Supriya Sule.
