Independence Day flower show begins in Lalbagh

The annual Independence Day flower show began at Lalbagh in Bengaluru on August 05, after a gap of two years due to Covid-19 pandemic.
The theme is based on the Kannada film stars Dr Rajkumar and Puneeth Rajkumar. The show was giving special floral tribute to the Kannada thespian Dr Rajkumar and his son and actor Puneeth Rajkumar.
50 varieties of flowers from abroad and another 50-60 varieties of local flowers are part of the show. It is an 11-day event from August 5 to 15.
