“Pakistan stands firmly with the people of Kashmir in support of their just cause”, “we reaffirm our resolve to stand shoulder-to-shoulder with our Kashmiri brethren and extend unrelenting support to their just cause”, and several hashtags referring to August 5 as “Kashmir Black Day” and calling for the “independence” of the Valley form the basis of a 13-page anti-India dossier prepared by Pakistan.

The toolkit prepared by Pak agencies, which was accessed by India Today, emerged just a day ahead of August 5, when Article 370 was abrogated three years back and the state of Jammu and Kashmir was bifurcated into two Union Territories - Jammu and Kashmir and Ladakh.
