S Gobi Krishnan said today that his purported removal as Bersatu associate wing's information chief was invalid because it did not follow due process.

Speaking to Malaysiakini, Gobi Krishnan said the wing's leadership was only a pro tem committee and therefore cannot make unilateral decisions on its membership.

Yesterday, Bersatu associate wing chief Chong Fat Full had announced the sacking of Gobi Krishnan from all his positions in the party after the Insolvency Department declared he is bankrupt.
