UP Inspector teaches law to youth doing pedestrian march

In Uttar Pradesh, some of the youngsters were protesting by doing pedestrian march for last 55 days in regards to getting employment. While, they entered into the state, Mathura police inspector was seen showing autocratc behavior in a video. See how the inspector started explaining the 'law of UP' to the youth and said-'Don't put too much mind, I am inspector'. Watch this video.
