Alert! Cases of monkeypox emerge in Asia

On Monday, 25th July 2022 Japanese authorities detected their first case of monkeypox within the nation – a Tokyo resident in his 30s who had returned from Europe in mid-July. Thailand last week reported its first case in a 27-year-old foreign national on the resort island of Phuket.
