Here's our 'TEASER TRAILER' concept for upcoming MCU Phase 4 movie titled 'Fantastic Four' featuring John Krasinski as Reed Richards

The ideal candidate to direct the MCU's upcoming Fantastic 4 reboot is already a part of Disney's history, having already directed the best F4 movie yet. Jon Watts announced that he will be leaving the project, citing needing a break from the world of comic book movies as his reasoning. Given Watts has spent the better part of the last seven years directing the MCU's Spider-Man: Homecoming trilogy, it makes sense Watts would need a hiatus from Marvel Studios.
Naturally then, the search for Watt's replacement has begun. It's likely that Marvel Studios already knew Watts planned to leave before the announcement and the studio has been quietly meeting with people. However, a lot of names have been the subject of speculation as to who would come in to make one of the MCU's most anticipated upcoming films and direct the new cast of Fantastic 4, whoever they may be. Despite the speculation, the ideal director replacement has already made what is considered to be the best Fantastic 4 movie thus far, only in the form of a Disney Pixar movie.
