Poll panel can’t decide who real Shiv Sena is: Uddhav Thackeray to SC

Two days after the Election Commission of India asked both Uddhav Thackeray and Eknath Shinde to submit documentary evidence to prove that they have the majority members in the Shiv Sena, party leader Uddhav Thackeray on Monday moved the Supreme Court seeking a stay on the Election Commission’s move. The petition states that the poll panel cannot decide who the ‘real’ Shiv Sena is until the disqualification of the rebel MLAs is decided by the apex court. Watch the full report here.
