Olympic gold medalist Neeraj Chopra won the silver medal by throwing a javelin 88.13 meters away in the World Athletics Championship 2022. Neeraj had secured second place in the final with a throw of 88.39m. A total of 12 athletes from different countries have reached the finals of the Javelin Throw.
