Traffic inevitable in SONA protest, says rights lawyer

Human rights groups call out the rare restrictive police moves to secure the first SONA of President Ferdinand "Bongbong" Marcos Jr., the latest one being denying a rally permit because obstruction of traffic. Inconvenience is necessary and inevitable in the exercise of one's right to public assembly, says Edre Olalia of the National Union of Peoples' Lawyers.
