This is a Switchblade Drone, a US weapon for Ukraine against Russia

The Joe Biden administration decided to send a US$800 million arms package to help Ukraine fight off a Ukrainian military offensive.
The weapon package consists of nearly 10,000 anti-armor weapons, 800 anti-aircraft Stinger systems, and thousands of weapons. The list also appears 100 "tactical unmanned aerial systems".
A United States (US) military official revealed that 100 unmanned weapons that will be delivered to Ukraine are small suicide drones called Switchblades, as quoted by ABC News, Wednesday (17/3/2022).
Unlike the long-range Predator drone, which looks similar to a small plane and fires missiles at targets,
the smallest Switchblade models can fit into a backpack and fly straight at the target to detonate its tiny warhead.
Less than 61 centimeters long and weighing just 3 kilograms, the Switchblade 300 can be launched from a small mortar-like tube, after which it can fly for up to 15 minutes.
The larger Switchblade 600 effectively immobilizes armored vehicles and can fly for more than 40 minutes, but weighs 23 Kilograms, according to the gun maker.
